AT BETHANY, WE have a SIMPLe process for BUILDING CLOSURE AND PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICIES TO ENSURE DUTY OF CARE FOR OUR FAITH COMMUNITY.

During the week and Saturday, Board of Managers in collaboration with lay and ministry staff, decide if the building closes to renters and members for clean up after weather systems or other building repair or maintenance issues.

On Sundays, the process for this decision falls to the Lead Minister, Clerk of Session, and Chair of the Executive Board regarding cancellation of worship service.

An announcement decision will occur by 8am. Check in various locations, depending on access to power and technology as applicable for the circumstances:
